au-tickets.online provides an online platform and related services (“Services”) that connect sellers and buyers looking to sell and purchase tickets, event passes, merchandise, or other related goods and services (“Tickets”). Our Services are available internationally through our website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by the au-tickets.online Marketplace Global User Agreement (“User Agreement”). Our User Privacy Notice, Mobile Privacy Notice, Seller Policies, Cookie Notice, Guarantee (see section 28), Top Seller Handbook (if you qualify and the program is available in your region), and all other applicable policies (collectively, the “Additional Policies”) are incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time and will notify you by posting any changes on our Site. The revised User Agreement takes effect once published. Your continued use of our Site and Services signifies your acceptance of any updates to the User Agreement.
When you buy or sell tickets on our platforms, your contract is with the following entity, depending on the website or app you use:

au-tickets.online is a ticket marketplace where registered users can buy (“Buyers”) and sell (“Sellers”) tickets. Ticket prices are set by the Seller, not by us. As a marketplace, au-tickets.online does not own the tickets listed for sale on the site. Please note that ticket prices may be higher than the original face value.
While we may offer guidance on pricing, shipping, listing, and related topics on our site, this information is provided for reference only and comes without any guarantee of accuracy. We may also help facilitate dispute resolution between Buyers and Sellers and offer our Guarantee, but we do not control or guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of tickets, the accuracy or truthfulness of user content or listings, the ability of Sellers to complete a sale, or the ability of Buyers to pay. We also cannot guarantee that any transaction between a Buyer and Seller will be completed.
To list, sell, or purchase tickets on au-tickets.online, you need to register for an account (“Account”) and agree to the terms of this User Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. If you’re registering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that business.
When creating your Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, address, phone number, email address, and a valid payment method (such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account). If any of your registration or payment details change, you are required to update your Account promptly. You agree that au-tickets.online may charge any of your saved payment methods for amounts owed, costs incurred, or losses resulting from your breach of this Agreement (including any Additional Policies).
au-tickets.online reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend Accounts if any information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
All communications between you and au-tickets.online (including those with our service providers, parent company, or affiliates) are governed by our User Privacy Notice.
If you are located in the United States, please be aware that we may, at our discretion and without additional notice, monitor or record phone calls between you (or anyone acting on your behalf) and our representatives. This may be done for quality assurance, training, or security purposes. Please note, however, that not all calls may be recorded, and we cannot guarantee that any specific call will be recorded or that a recording will be available or retrievable.
au-tickets.online may charge fees for selling or buying tickets on our site, as well as delivery or fulfillment fees (collectively called "Service Fees"). These fees can vary depending on the event, type of ticket, and location. We reserve the right to change our Service Fees at any time, even after you have listed your tickets. Any applicable Service Fees, including taxes if relevant, will be disclosed to you before you list or purchase a ticket. We may also charge or retain Service Fees if you do not meet your contractual obligations under this User Agreement.
If you are a Seller and do not fulfill your contractual obligations under this User Agreement or the Seller Policies, we may charge you certain fees or costs as outlined in the Seller Policies.
If you are a Buyer and update your postal address after purchasing tickets—requiring us to deliver tickets to a new address—or if you provided an incorrect address, we may charge you for any additional delivery costs incurred to send the tickets to the new or correct address. These additional costs may be charged to your payment method on file.
